- Roll the dough out of rye flour and water, bake a few cakes in the oven, apply hot on the neck and back of the head and cover with a thick cloth.
- In the treatment of osteochondrosis, folk remedies, you can make compresses from the decoration of herbs such as leaves and barberry root, St. John's wort, dandelion root. Wet a piece of thick cloth in the decoration of this herb and attach it to the cervical spine, cover with cellophane on top and compress for about 30 minutes, then remove the compress and wrap the neck with a scarf.

- Prepare garnish with oregano, chamomile, sage, pour boiling water over these herbs and store in a dark place for about 3 days. The resulting product is taken 1 tablespoon twice a day.
- You can prepare a decoction of parsley roots: for 500 g of water, 3 tablespoons herbs, boil for one hour. Take 1 tablespoon 2 times a day.
- Pour red elm berries with alcohol and leave for 7 days. The tincture can rub the cervical region of the spine.
- You can prepare the ointment from pork fat and hop cones mixed in a 1: 1 ratio. Rub this ointment thoroughly on the cervical spine and back of the head and wrap these areas with a scarf. Bathing is better before bedtime, and in the morning, wash the towel and neck skin and massage with a towel.
Exercises for the treatment of osteochondrosis
The exercises listed below are effective in treating osteochondrosis. These exercises are aimed at restoring the tone of the cervical spine muscles and these exercises help to improve blood circulation in the neck.
- Press the part of his forehead with his hands. At this point, as if resisting, press your head against your wrists. Stop the pressure for 5 seconds. Repeat the exercise 5 to 10 times.
- The next exercise is similar to the first. It is only necessary to hold the hands not on the forehead, but in turn on the left and right ears.
- Exercise is aimed at relaxing the neck muscles. This exercise can be done, for example, if you work with a computer for a long time. Relax the neck muscles and lower the head towards the chest. Try to feel how heavy your head is. Return to starting position. Repeat 5-10 times.
- This exercise is similar to the previous one. Lower your head to your chest, relax your muscles, and lower your head from the bottom to the other. Exercise is done slowly.
